The assigned textbook for this course is Deborah Merritt & Ric Simmons, Learning Evidence: From the Federal Rules to the Courtroom (5th ed.).

West is offering students free access to the textbook for our course for three weeks this spring, starting the week before classes begin and running through the first two weeks of class. Instructions for accessing the free e-book are posted on the course TWEN page.  Most students have been pre-registered for the TWEN page.  If you cannot access it, email me at lvmartin@law.sc.edu for the password.
